QUARTERLYFor realtors
Clean glass makes listing photos brighter
Dirty windows dull every interior shot and every first impression at a showing. Book TruPro the day before your photographer and the light comes through the way buyers expect.
- Scheduled around your dates. Tell us the photo or open-house day and we work backward from it.
- No one needs to be home. We work from the lockbox or access instructions you give us.
- Photos to you, not the seller. Before-and-after shots go straight to the agent.
- Billed how you want. Invoice the agent or the seller, your call.
- Screens and tracks too. Windows that slide smoothly when buyers test them.
- 3–5 days before photosBook TruPro
Send the address, window count and access details.

Spring pollen plans
Clean right after the yellow, not during it
Every spring, tree pollen coats Coweta and Fayette counties in a yellow-green film from roughly March into May. Clean windows in mid-March and they're dusted again in days. Our quarterly plan puts your first visit after the peak, then keeps them clear the rest of the year.

Meet the owner
Your window guy did stunts on The Walking Dead
Before TruPro, Ryan Olson worked as a stuntman in film and TV, including The Walking Dead, which filmed right here in Senoia. Heights, rigging and safety checks were part of the job. Now he brings that same care to your second-story windows.
He lives right here with his young family, runs TruPro as a small local business, and cared enough about his community to run for mayor of South Fulton. When you book TruPro, you're hiring a neighbor, not a franchise.

Service area
Home turf, south of Atlanta
TruPro is based here and works these six communities every week. For homes and listings, Ryan travels farther out across the south metro. Storefront routes stay close to home.
Homes and listings outside these towns are welcome. Send an estimate and we'll confirm the trip.
Questions
Before you book
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only cleaning. For inside work, someone 18 or older needs to let us in. Many customers leave a code and get the photos by text.
What if it rains on my day?
Light rain doesn't spoil clean glass, so we usually keep the appointment. If storms are coming, we text you the next open day and you choose whether to move.
Is the estimate the final price?
For homes, yes, unless the window count is very different from what you picked. We confirm before we start.
How do you clean windows on upper floors?
Up to three stories we use ladders with stabilizers or water-fed poles with purified water, which dries spot-free. For buildings to four stories we work from the ground with poles. We don't do rope-access high-rise work.
How do I pay?
Card, check or ACH. Homes pay after the job; businesses can be invoiced monthly.
